Great comments 'Marcus'. However, any changes within the game itself, whether concerning racism, homophobia, or the absurd (and evidently failing) "Respect" campaign will need to be driven forward by the Football Association. Unfortunately the FA are so enchained by the riches and greed of their Premiership masters that sod all will get done about it. The County Associations are more or less powerless to do more than bleat without the FA taking the lead so the grassroots game will never have a true voice, and all those supporters out there, like the ones who've posted about the subject on here will remain voices in the wilderness. It's all pretty sad really. |

Well said Lukeybluey and Suttonblueboy. Insulting him will only fire him up even more when he plays against us. There's far too much energy being wasted by our club and our fans still dealing with the man and his problems. Let's leave Mr Chopra alone and look to the future. |

@dannym09, looks like some Wolves fans havn't yet realised they're in Div 1. They'll probably do well with KJ, but I suspect they'll still be a division below us in a year's time. |

I just wish we had a bit longer before Reading to help the players really gel. But it's all sounding really optimistic. COYB. |

After Andygizmo's very sensible comments about Paul Lambert putting together a team of nobodies, perhaps we should also remind ourselves about a certain young manager called Alf Ramsey who did something similar. There are some mighty good players in the lower divisions just waiting for their chance, and MM is the sort of person who would know how to exploit that market to the best advantage. I wasn't aware that the scum up the road had suffered unduly from Lambert's transfer dealings. |

If we've gotta be away which we tend to be in this round if memory serves correctly, how about a visit to Broadhall and Stevenage....Last time I saw a Borough team was in the Mercia Youth League... |

I'm not going to try and tell the club management who they should be picking. You lot would all pick a different team by the looks of it, and in any case what makes you think you know better than the pros at the club. I've been watching and supporting this club since 1959 - a lot longer than some of the people who make childish remarks on this site. I've seen good, bad and indifferent seasons and those of you that seem to think Town have a God given right to win every game should grow up. I think a lot of those 'fans' have probably never themselves played organized football and should learn how the game is played before they start mouthing off about what RK should or shouldn't be doing. |
