I thought he did okay! By no means a shocker.
He also had to create his own chances due to a lack of creativity elsewhere. Also, did great for the first goal in my opinion.
Solid performance. Looked knacked late on. But no surprise. Hirst will score goals. |

Missed a lot of pre season through injury!
No surprise … he’s very injury prone. Tough to carry those type of players, even though he was good when he played. |

His performance last night wasn’t anywhere good enough. That said he tried his best and gave everything for the team.
The reality is we should never have started the season with him as our second choice striker. The club have to take responsibility for that. Remarkable we hadn’t signed someone better by that point. It’s not AAH fault. Hopefully he gets a move - League One is about right. |

Of course it was. Bromley never won a league cup tie, fielded seven changes. And still beat us. The shock for me is the manager is exempt from blame and not under pressure. Embarrassing stuff. |
