It feels more like 03/04 to me - we didn’t win in August that season and then went on that run from September , finished 5th |

They are having a good go , as are Leeds and Burnley to be fair - just find it annoying as we should’ve been more like that . Relegation acceptable but by 18 points or whatever it was ? Sunderland getting results makes it look even worse |

They reminded me a bit of us last season until they got the penalty , and there is what will give them a more of a chance than we had - more chance of refs giving them penalties than we us |

Obviously not a good performance but it’s a first game away at a side buzzing off the back of promotion, and a side that fancies themselves for top 6
They were always going to be really up for this but other than their goal they didn’t really create much themselves- so I think that’s a positive as we sort of effortlessly cancelled them out for the most part
Many of our players just need to click into season mode . Disappointing performance but it’s great to draw when you don’t play well , it’s a good sign perhaps?
I think the midfield will solidify with Cajuste and when Azor gets a bit more embedded
Good to see hirst slot home the penalty - he’ll surely have a good season
Poor performance but good result , out of jail and time to get ready for Southampton next week. |

Bought a new membership before they go on sale
Email came in- clicked through to the club site , paid and it says I’ve renewed , but says in the email not on sale til the 17th
