Premier League Trio Eye Cresswell
at 19:39:38

This is almost exactly like Kieron Dyer situation back in 1999. If he goes and the money is re-invested like it was back then it could be the making of us next season. Burley was able to put together the final pieces of his team with that money. If Mick was given the bulk of any transfer fee I'm sure he could do the same.

Trust: Town at Risk of Losing Generation of Fans
at 08:01:05

The last few games have been grade C which is only £21 for an adult in lower tiers and around £6.00 (i think) for kids in family areas. Those last few games have also been some of the lowest attended of the season. The club have been poor at marketing this though as those prices are actually pretty cheap. I think also many fans just will not come back unless we are playing pretty, passing, attacking football.

Norwich Chief Quizzes Fans on Town Friendly
at 16:36:25

For some reason this just doesn't sit right with me. I think a game like this has to mean something (for league points or cup progression) a friendly just doesn't feel right. I don't think I would go. Those evening derby games played under the flood lights had such a passionate atmosphere and mean't so much to the supporters. There is just something about a Sunday afternoon friendly that kind of takes the meaning away a bit. Norwich v Ipswich should always be a special, passionate fixture where there is something for the players to play for. I can't really put my finger on why I feel like this, maybe it's just me!

New Kits Unveiled Later This Month
at 07:48:24

superblues9 - Yes they did (although was 13 years ago! ) but you are not allowed alcohol branding on childrens shirts sizes anymore (which wasn't the case back then) and as kids always want the exact same shirt the players wear I doubt it makes any business sense to do in this day and age.

Shirt Voting will never come back, do you not realise in the past it was probably rigged anyway. It would be impossible to allow people to vote for their favourite shirt, get them all manufactured and shipped in such a small space of time. In the real world manufacturers need to know months in advance of what shirt design to make. Just look on the retail Twitter page, they started designing the shirt months ago. Most people on have no clue of the ins and outs of this type of business. I agree it will be great to see white sleeves come back if this is the case. As far as an Aspall shirt sponsor in the future I doubt it, they would't be allowed alcohol branding on kids shirts. Would be great to have a selection of beautiful cider at the bars though! As far as the old debate about one season rotation - you don't have to buy it! I love it though, I spend £30 on one shirt every season for my boy and that's all he wears! saves me a fortune on other clothing for the rest of the year!

The Birmingham game is Juniors for £1 so should get a decent attendance for that as well. Hopefully safe by then though and we can all enjoy a stress free afternoon in the spring sunshine.

McCarthy: Easter Games Not Make or Break
at 07:52:24

Obviously trying to take the pressure off but if we loose both games and teams around us win that pressure will be ten times worse going into the last few games. I'd say these games are as close to make or break as you can get!

Villa Game Close to Sell-Out
at 19:09:28

If the club want any more tickets (over the original 2900 Villa allowed them to have up front) they would have to take the remaining tickets and pay up front. Big risk to take! If they only sell another 500 they will be left very much out of pocket. I'm a season ticket holder and I went and got my ticket as soon as they went on sale. All season ticket holders have had plenty of time to buy a ticket. I doubt very much they would sell 6000 tickets when for most away games 400 or 500 odd tickets are sold.

Town Announce Burnley Ticket Offer
at 09:09:55

Just make sure you read the small print to avoid being disappointed. Its ONE cheap ticket per purchaser NOT per match ticket. If you have purchased 4x Burnley tickets for you and your mates under YOUR name you will only be able to get 1x ticket for Millwall or Bristol at the cheap price. Queried this in Planet Blue yesterday and they confirmed that this is the policy. I also queried why I was not told this when I brought my 3x tickets on Monday and was told that they only found out about the promotion Friday morning and would have advised all customers to purchase tickets under their own name if they had known about it earlier. Not their fault but I can see lots of confused fans wanting cheap tickets next week!
