More than half a decent team long term injured.

Haven't people taken notice of our unbelievably long list of midfield injuries ?
We were depending on an unfit Hyam and Bru today. Can't blame Mick for not wanting to chance losing Wags or Garner for league games where we need them more than a cup game .
There's been more positives this season than we've had in a long while.
Also Bosmans and frees are the obvious route to take this window, as once our own talented midfielders return, we can only realistically have do many on our books.
Won't miss D McGoldrick either . Too hot and cold for me . Has shown similar apathy towards Ireland duties !

Mick will get no credit for anything. We get a win and it's because he's listened to the fans ! We lose and it's fully down to him and bad decisions. TimmyH a prime example . We only have Celina Waghorn Garner and Adeyemi on the books because of his protestations. Mick and his team found these players, who else had been aware of them and their availability ? One point off play-offs in November, that'll do for now !

Mickymac , I think you've just suggested Mick and his team have put quite a decent squad together. Were Joe Garner , Celina and Waghorn on your radar before we signed them ? They weren't on mine. I agree , it would be great if Huws and Adeyemi could be fit and available .
Another two talented players signed by Mick.
Imagine if we had the budgets of Sunderland, Middlesbrough Norwich , Hull or Fulham !! ?

One third into the season, we're in 7th spot , our three strikers have approx 20 goals scored between them , still have Emyr Huws to come back , and Adeyemi. I'm happy enough with that .

You wanted to see Bishop , Dozell , Emanuel given a chance , we still had Chambers , Smith , Kenlock , Diagouraga , Pitman out there . Reckon we all still thought we could win this at 3pm today. Mick made it clear on Thursday what his intentions were .
Now it's , oh no , you've made too many changes .
Note to Marcus Evans - When selecting our next manager , no need to look further than this forum.
We've a multitude of experts who know better , could pick a better line-up , employ better tactics etc. etc.

With Emyr Huws hopefully back , We can expect a better performance.
Lawrence probably still not ready , he's a huge miss.
We've had really bad luck with injuries I believe this season and could never get any kind of run going ( other than a run of draws )
Johnny Williams , Bishop , Hyam , Lawrence, Didz , Taylor all players who've had prolonged absences , definitely not been helpful to us.
Still we've got to give support to whom ever pulls on the Blue shirt and get behind our team.

I agree Bobby Petta , booing Douglas or any player that pulls on the blue shirt of Ipswich is an absolute Disgrace. He's playing for Our club and every player playing for Our club should be supported by our "supporters " .

Into recent comments I read he's had a conversation with Evans ... if we're not in a position to compete then there's no point in me hanging around but give me a budget to work with and we might achieve something

Look at our recent signings ... Steve Bruce , Rafa Benitez , Chris Hughton are not having to scrape around the bargain basement like we are .
Yes , we don't always agree with his selections or tactics , but given a better squad I'm sure Mick would no doubt have us in the top Six . He's done it before. More than once.
