Yes. Re. latest broadcast schedule, the only Town match NOT being streamed on iFollow (for overseas fans) is the match vs Boro on Oct 2nd (due to being live on Sky)

Don’t think so (except maybe audio only). The following note is on the iFollow Broadcast Schedule page:

Please note: Checkatrade Trophy matches are now available on iFollow, but there will be no Carabao Cup or FA Cup matches available to watch on the service

Yeah it’s listed as one of the excluded matches on ifollow.
But from here (NZ) it looks like a live stream will be available on bet365
