Will bolster attack options and a big threat on crosses. Now all we need is the high crosses into the box to find him. Lost count how many corners etc don't reach the far post. Quite possibly a last 20-25 minute sub.....we will soon find out. Good signing.!!! |
 | News Comment | Ipswich Town 3-2 Cardiff City - Match Report at 00:08:06
Simply fantastic. Super subs changed the game in our favour. Well done all. Great fans and a squad spirit not seen at Ipswich FC for many years. The good times are back at long last. |
 | News Comment | Blackburn and Middlesbrough Join Simms Chase at 15:04:49
Could Simms be the battering ram up front ? Could be the difference between a top 6 place and mid table) (Hirst would be a great signing for Ipswich,he looked happy here and was getting better once he settled in) |

Impose yourself on the opposition defenders and the goals will come. Keep banging those goals in Freddie. We need a first choice striker .. |
 | News Comment | McKenna: Humphreys Showed Tonight Everything He Shows in Training at 11:41:39
Cameron has to be considered a regular team player on that performance. We need that spark, goal assists and that enthusiasm to do well for the team.. Well done to all the players for digging out that win at Port Vale. If we do get promotion it is going to be exciting times at this club once again. The fans are certainly backing " Kenny & the team" all the way. Massive support !!!! |

 | News Comment | McGreal: Really, Really Poor First Half, the Inconsistency is the Crux of It at 05:47:43
For many years now we have a team that exits a cup competition early. It seems we are just not been interested in ANY cup competition. Why ? Maybe the players do not want the extra work load or is it that every cup game just happens to be an off-day. ? We had no spark, no desire, no goal scoring threat and Barrow found it easy to dominate us to exploit a weak defence. Who did you see shouting orders ? Who was the leader ? No one !!! . It was just sad to see a team with little ability to " GEL" and unable to match the opponent . A sad day for the fans and the football club. (Again). |
 | News Comment | Lee: It Was a Mad Time to Work at the Club at 00:17:08
Despite all what was wrong at this club it did not stop ALAN LEE hanging in there for his wage packet. There were just too many doing the same over many years and not one whistle-blower. Unlike any other industry, there is a good chance of another contract elsewhere. Looking at the two previous owners i would go as far as saying they were both hoodwinked and sold down the river. Clueless about running a football club and recognizing what makes a good footballer and worth employing.. |
 | News Comment | Ipswich Town 0-0 MK Dons - Match Report at 00:29:39
NO engine room in midfield that supplies anything exciting going forward. Forwards who have no composure and of little threat when we should bury every chance we get. . A static, negative team which prefers to defend rather than make the other team worry. The occasional sporadic glimpse of an attack but the final touch or shot usually looks very poor. It does not make any difference what combination we use regarding players starting or bought on as subs. It really is a dull set up. |
 | News Comment | Cook: Supporters Will Be Delighted By the Changes in the Summer at 00:11:37
Get it wrong this time round Mr Evans and you can kiss goodbye to "break even" attendances. The supporters are genuinely sick and tired of Marcus Evans lack of football expertise, neglect , annual PR spin, really poor decisions and ultimately..... failure. |
