The club again has missed an opportunity to encourage its semi dormant fan base.Our marketing is poor considering we are owned by such a prestigious events company.The club in my view should have taken the full allocation and sold the tickets on a great day out policy at a price to include transport from Portman Road , try to rekindle some old fashioned atmosphere. The ticket office operation is very poor , the phone system worse . It all goes back to what is the direction at the top ? |

I hope he fully recovers and tries to fight for his place to actually help us . Davis , better than Henderson but another loan ? Would rather risk Loach and give him some games and get a permanent keeper in January if needed . More to the point any news on Wellens ? Tried to sleep before commenting , it is evident that a lot of the loans we have need to go and now. Chambers is flat footed and slow and being caught out of position a poor signing .The way forward is with our players committed to our club . Things were completely screwed up in the summer of non activity , for which FFP claims and inactivity by Clegg has brought our great club to its knees. Micks biggest battle may be with Clegg trying to get him to spend some of the owners money . Mick now knows the true size of the task , his activity in the next few days will tell us a lot . Clegg is not showing any leadership , in the absense of a manager he should call a staff meeting and read the riot act . Better call up Terry Butcher to be manager , tell him to bandage up and get in the dressing room to sort it out . He is the owners CEO and as such should be running day to day business , he obviously is not.He does not even live in Ipswich or the area .He is part of the problem. Another poor performance , 1st half fair but no real attacking edge , 2nd half defended far too deep encouraging Cardiff to attack. Crowd was bigger than i thought must have been the cheap tickets ! I want to stand by any Ipswich manager as they are my team , but the tactics for the players look wrong , they even look confused at times. Jewell has more words than tactics so has to go .
