Linking town tv to membership?

Does anyone know how to do this? Have renewed membership again this year where town tv is included I believe ? But when I login it says need to subscribe ? Is there a way to link membership for it?

Does anyone know when info will be released on this for tickets and info for if the game will be moving day time etc, wife wants to book Christmas activities in with the kids on the 16th but have said I’m not missing this after waiting so long 😂 thanks all!
