at 01:26 8 Aug 2021

The other night at the fans forum the chairman said the club were trying to to get all the yellow and whites lines inside the stadium redone before the Morecambe game, they havent been done in my part of the West Stand ,dont know if they were painted elsewhere.

Paul Hurst doesn't have any regrets taking the Ipswich job,the rest of us on the other hand...

His failure at Town wont do his cv much good but seeing as it was ITFC maybe other clubs will understand and be willing to give PH a go,but only in the lower leagues I'd imagine.Wonder if he'll get a chance to have a bit of revenge in the next year or two as Ipswich will possibly/ probably go down and we run into him somewhere.

And Terry Neill, both Arsenal to the core both coached Spurs.Matt Busby played for Man City,so it's not such a big deal Lambert and Culverhouse coming to Ipswich.

But went last Tuesday where we were awful first half but pretty decent after the break,I was hoping we'd carry on that form and get our first victory of the season, sadly that wasn't to be.Not sure how long you give a manager who can't get a single win though, what would Leeds do,sack him and start again I suppose, not sure what Evans is thinking about it all, does he think Mr Hurst is going to change it around or does think it's firing time,I hope he gets it right whatever.

There is no doubt he was the finest player to wear the blue shirt, followed in my opinion by Muhren and then Wark.We were lucky to have him but his injuries meant he wasn't available so often.Today his injuries wouldn't have been such a big deal.
