Hyam was incredibly good against Exeter and does the simple things very well. A crucial player in the side already. Smith was also outstanding when he came on also, the world cup has done him the world of good - very composed! The new 4-3-3 is working a treat, and could see Mccormack fitting in very well to the system (and Scotland) its taken a while and after being linked to almost every player in England, finally making some very good signings.
