Constructive criticism

We all love to cheer and give praise.
We all enjoy a little moan at our players , if it's constructive, I can't see the problem. What do you think our management do. Find the faults and put them right.
Last year we were a division 1 team with division 1 players. Now we're asking those same players to compete with .Leicester Leeds and Southampton, all basically premiership quality.
So if Clarke sometimes doesn't look like Trent Alexander Arnold, broadhead doesn't quite have what Kevin d bruyna has and kayden Jackson is no halland, it's because they are not as good. Maybe they will be one day. But all the squad are trying their guts off. Except ladapo who looks like he'd be better off at man utd, all are players are committed to getting us to the premiership, let's get behind them.
