 | News Comment | Former Celtic Boss Lennon Linked at 10:25:54
Lennon would be the iceberg to our Titanic. AVOID! We need a man strong enough to stand up to a squad of players who hold themselves in far higher regard than they should. The only man with a big enough character and big enough credentials for players to sit up and take note of is Warnock. |
 | News Comment | TWTD and Blue Monday Podcast With Mark Detmer at 20:48:48
Congrats to all of the Blue Monday guys. A uniquely balanced, inciteful and articulate podcast. Great to see your efforts paying off. Well done to Ben and DD for having the vision to kick it all off back when we were right up there - in Championship mid table |
 | News Comment | O'Neill: Lambert's Job is Safe at 13:12:37
Debenhams is in the news today and as a business it reminds me of Town. A failing business "rescued" by those who purport to have its best interests at heart and yet over a period of years thereafter, it continues to spiral ever downwards until it finally collapses in a pool of debt and mediocrity. |
 | News Comment | Ipswich Town 0-1 Coventry City - Match Report at 20:20:02
This form into next season means relegation. This isn't to do with current injuries and suspensions - we have been sheeite all season (yes, even when we were scraping wins) and have won 4 in 25. Lambert is only capable of platitudes and the easy win of keeping supporters onside by saying how big and how great the club is. He is shocking. I never called for Mick out but it's so obvious to me that Lambert has to go and I hope he goes soon. Very very soon |

Enema required. Get the pipe in and let the bucket fill with Lambert first then Chambers, Skuse, Kenlock, Nolan, Nsiala, Edwards, Donacien, Wilson and Holy. We will look pallid and emptied out but can build again with simple foods first. Warnock is the nutritionist to do it - if he agrees to the whole of next season as well as the end of this one |
 | News Comment | Bolton Wanderers 0-5 Ipswich Town - Match Report at 09:16:22
Hate to piss on chips but as BlueandTrue says, the League has given Bolton a Tuesday deadline - they will then be booted out of the league. Could be some very short-lived points for us |
 | News Comment | Town Confirm Hurst and Doig Depart at 17:55:12
Hurst must go down as the worst manager in ITFC history. Clearly high time that he went. Saying that, his dismissal is as right as the appointment of Lambert would be wrong. Lambert's last 3 appointments: Lasted 6 months at Blackburn (took club from 16th to 15th), lasted 6 months at Wolves (took club from 19th to 15th), lasted 5 months at Stoke (club relegated). Ummm... Must be Warburton or Bruce |
 | News Comment | Leeds United 2-0 Ipswich Town - Match Report at 22:02:13
Oh, this is the end my only friend, the end Jim Morrison's words entirely apposite. Only question is whether they relate to Paul Hurst or to ITFC. Or worse, is it now an apocalypse - and the end for both? |
