Blue feast, I agree with your comments, my point was that cup games always are always tough because smaller teams have nothing to lose and can play with freedom, other than that i agree with your comments. As for sirmichaelmills, if micks budget was as big as the chip on your shoulder, we would have signed Bale, falcao and suarez!!! |

Yes tonight was disappointing, but for all the moaners who have crept out the woodwork, its about time you all has a reality check. We barely stayed up last year, and we will not win week in week out like some of the bigger sides in the division (yes there are bigger!!). Judge the team after 10 matches at least. Away games in the cup are never easy regardless of the opposition. Given that Mick has had very little to spend I think he has done well with his Budget. Supporting your team is about putting up with good and bad and not jumping on the bandwagon after two results not to your liking. Face up to the fact the championship is a very difficult competitive league, get behind the team or bugger off elswhere!!!! |

Loach lacks authority
Drury lacks ability
Jet lacks effort
Jewell lacks ideas.
So many decent players have come into the championship this year and yet we don't seem to be challenging to sign any of them (Billy Sharp comes to mind). I think Jewell has had enough time now. Unfortunately there are no easy games any more and things need to change if we have any chance of surviving. We need a young hungry manager with fresh ideas and the ability to motivate.
