Amazing finish to season, much as it hurts all credit. January transfer window made a huge difference, you planned and kicked on we did what the owner always does pondered and screwed it up.

I came on here and said burns was no angel, and I had seen no evidence Johnson did make contact, later when videos proved there was contact, and Johsnon got banned rightfully so.
However not one of your fans has accepted or commented on Burns elbow on Johnson?, right in front of the same linesman !

First photo I have seen that shows actual contact,so i accept Burns didnt dive , which I suspected previously.
One question remains, as you have admitted Burns pulls his shirt from the other side , so why is he continuing to pull his shirt on the opposite side?
You might not like this but 6 of one and half a dozen of the other. Penalty should be sufficient punishment for me.
Either way I wont be posting again, which will no doubt please some on here, I but I thought forums were a platform for discussion.

Guess I must have the same eyesight at trumpton blue. who just said
sonmeone postage some footage at the time from behind the goal. Burns appears to start the incident by grabbing Johnson by the shoulders for no apparent reason. Johnson tries to shrug him off by throwing his arms back twice. I wasn't convinced from that that he used his elbow, and I can see why they'd appeal
Maybe its not my eye sight but you cant see past all the excuses.Fog, bad luck, cheating , bad refs, deflections etc. other teams being better than you, etc |

Unless Burns is play acting, I have seen nothing positive that shows any contact. from all three fans footage. Obviously the tv shows nothing. |

I see it differently ,Wednesday controlled the centre of midfield in the first half, Town scored at the right time to get some momentum. McKenna changed the central midfield at HT, and town regained control. Then strangely his substitutions handed control back to Wednesday who finished stronger. Dont think it had anything to do with Towns Natural game ! . |

100% sure, Ioffa injured, we are down to bare bones, Smith and Windass up top, We started Adenerin , but he hardly had a touch we effectively played with ten tonight. Think thats 8 or 9 of our first 18 missing, Byers got a knock and went off at half time too, Bannan ,Windass and Palmer ran the game .Bannan withdrawn on 75 mins , and we played keep ball the last 15 as Morcombe settled for damage limitation.
We need bodies back soon ,might get away with it Saturday against Mk, but after that 5 much more testing games. |
