I agree with a lot of the comments on here i.e he's pacy, we paid good money for him and maybe he's not the best finisher. BUT look at his goals scored + assist and you will find statistically he was one of the best players in league 1 last year. That's why championship clubs are after him. We're in catch 22, sell him and it will affect our ability to go up. Hold on to him and don't go up and he'll be worth peanuts next year with only a year's contract left. Hedge your bets lads! |

I confess i only go to maybe 5 or 6 games a season and there are people on here more qualified to give their view. That said i think we simply did not turn up today. Second to the ball. All credit to them they deserved to win and treated it like a cup match.
Glad to see Lambert was realistic after the game.
We missed Norwood and Jackson was isolated. Surprised Keane did not play at all.
Toto understandably looked off the pace. Still concerned about our keeper. My heart is in my mouth every time the ball is kicked back to him.

Very happy with the win. Early days but thought new full back played very very well. Beat his man 2 or 3 times first half and saved us from danger second half. He was up and down the pitch and he looked like a winger going forward. Can see why he was bought.
Also happy Jackson and Edwards got on the score sheet. Keep the momentum now.
Hats off to the Bolton fans - they stood clapping their young team for a long time after the game. |

Good win. Rode our luck at times but a makeshift defence performed well. Thought Rowe played very well. Also thought Norwood was a constant danger and unlucky not to score with a second half stab. Despite what Lambert says I thought Holy was shaky especially his kicking. Hopefully he'll get better. Excited at prospect of the injured lads coming back but I think we are desperate for an experienced centre half and a centre forward. All in all very happy today |

Can't help imagine that there must be something in Muck's contract which would prevent him disclosing what is confidential information. All employment contracts have them these days. Time club turned on him as it's not the first time. Those who are suffering pay cuts won't be happy with this disclosure. He's clearly still bitter as hell. Time he moved on |
