Thread | People who sit in other stands who never join in the singing

Yet they criticise the North stand because we’re not loud enough or singing out of sync really get my goat. Why not try starting your own chant or song if you can do better? I am lucky enough to remember all stands joining in why can’t they do that again? Of course if you are happy to sit quietly that’s your choice but don’t criticise others who are trying to create an atmosphere or just enjoying a sing song. |

He’s a multimillionaire and can easily afford to pay Lambert off. Yes it would be really annoying for him but it’s his own mistake. These things will happen in his other businesses people getting pay offs. If money really was the issue why did he not sell Jackson? He had an offer for Donacian but only wanted him to go on loan. He could have let Nolan go on loan. Instead of any of those he actually went out and got more loan players in to our over bloated squad. None of it makes sense. For me he’s backed Lambert way more than he deserved. |

O’Neil doesn’t mention Lambert in his statement. Does this mean he had nothing to do with the signings or is happy with them? |

I’ve not posted for a long time but felt the need tonight. Like many on here I’m Ipswich through and through and it goes back many generations. I’ve been taking my two children since they were old enough and my eldest is now 22. Tonight he said Dad what’s the point this is such a waste of time. Despite never seeing any success in there lifetime they are Ipswich until they die and could never change teams. He said this is not fun and nothing will change Lambert won’t be sacked and we’re in this league for a long time. He’s very jealous of the good times and successes we had in the past. He knows we won’t ever be as good as the Robson days and accepts that. He just wants to enjoy good football, a good time at the ground, great away days and a competitive team. That’s not much to ask in my opinion. I can’t help feeling we will lose generations of fans due to the Evans era.
Lambert must go now! |
