not really. Noggin has a history of taking a cheap pop at the working classes. As I pointed out - and you have conveniently ignored - stella drinking and shouting at hotels is probably not what Bravermann and Patel and his ex-pat community do.
It-s quite clear who he blames for the ills of society (and it aint the middle-classes).
