Minalima?
Thats a great shop, their version of the first 3 books are excellent, if a little expensive.
Unfortunately the publisher decided to bin them off and use another company for the 4th book (coming out in October) despite Minalima being the actual graphic designers from the films.
Probably works out much cheaper for the publishers now and then all the people who have started buying that collection will need to buy the rest to finish it off. |

I wouldn't read too much into it, if true, as both need minutes regardless of where they are playing their football on 1st September.
Especially Omari, who will have very limited chances to get fitness minutes if he goes to the premier league. |

I think your handball idea is not realistic but i like the idea of a sin bin for an 'orange' card.
Not all yellow cards are equal, and therefore having different punishments would seem fitting.
For example, taking your shirt off to celebrate a goal is a yellow but taking out a player when they are on the counter and outnumber you is also a yellow (assuming not the last man), second one could be an 'orange' sin bin offence etc. |

It is the first home game of the season, which always sees high demand, and is against one the 'bigger' teams in the division.
Like anything, will all depend on how we are performing. If we aren't doing so well then the tickets won't sell as well. Let's hope we are doing great and they fly off the shelves every week! |

I agree, away GK shirt the standout of all the shirts released this season for me.
I was hoping something along those lines would be the 3rd kit, but I hear its supposed to be a grey / silver colour. Which could also be very nice.
I also noticed GK kit price, I guess less bought means higher price per piece so higher sell on cost. |

Not sure it is starting to feel like a closed shop, it has been a closed shop for a long time now.
The way it will change is if we start having less success, which we hope won't happen of course.
I was hoping they would increase the ballot % this year, to try and sell more memberships. A lot of members will lower points won't renew and the 40 tickets in the ballot for 2K away days is pretty pointless, no-one will buy a membership for that chance. |

I don't understand why so many tickets are left.
We sold out the Col U stadium, pretty quickly if my memory is correct, when we played Luton there a couple of years ago.
Are Charlton really that much less appealing that Luton? I know they were premier league at the time, but still ... |

what you have described is exactly right.
I think the frustration starting to creep in is that we have signed a lot of players, for a lot of money, who are supposed to be improvements, but in the vast majority of cases that is yet to translate into the pitch. Greaves / Delap probably the only exceptions so far.
The core of the team over the past few years is good enough, and has shown that, now we need to see those new players step up. |

Ipswich were the 2nd best team in the league last year but we only got 3 penalties, 12th in the league. Yet we scored the most goals in the league, so surely spent a lot of time in the opposition box.
It has felt over the past 3 years we have not had the rub of the green in decisions, even when we were one of the top teams in the league. |

it was Ogbene, who literally overran and went past the ball (when he would have been there first) and then got done by the Villa player.
Of course Greaves should have done better, and probably passed to the keeper to clear, but this could have been stopped much earlier in the move. |

or did the people who had no intention of going, even on higher points, buy side tickets so that fans that did go could have the better seats and not to have loads of large gaps in good areas? (although i sat in right behind the goal and could still see a couple dozen empty seats all around me) |
