If the associations can co-operate to this extent then the UK ones will be able to merge permanently and field one international team for the UK and of course, one for Ireland. Too many opportunities have been lost over many years to win a major trophies, and the best players have been split across four teams. |

A reported million quid to the family and the same to the club are not amounts to be sniffed at, but doesn't this just underline how the big club big academy system chews up talent and spits it out? It's a rotten system that does few if any many favours. |

The way they're waxing lyrical and the competition for his signature, why no mention of a fee? The assessment by our coaching and development staff must be that he will struggle to get to top half Championship level, otherwise we should be developing him ourselves and soon including him in matchday first team squads. I for one wish him well towards proving them wrong. |

RIP Trev. Condolences to the family. I too was at the West Brom game but my first experience of a Whymark goal came earlier when I was on the West Stand terrace without a milk crate. An older fan realised I had not seen Trev's goal and described it to me, a glancing header. |

I don't live in the UK either. What you are doing primarily with a vpn is protecting your privacy, anything else that comes out of that is a bonus. I have mine on a UK server a lot of the time. There are one or two good ones with free versions covering most browsers and systems. |
