but heard today from someone who knows a fringe first team player that some of the players are not happy with Cooks man management and his communication skills although that's not how politely he put it. As I say and please don't flame me this is only what I have heard and this guy is not really the sort to make it up. Personally it wouldn't surprise me as sometimes Cooks nice guy mask does occasionally slip but again it could all be bollllocks!
Noticed how Cook keeps banging on about how he'll make such a difference when he's allowed to play and he has the qualities we are missing. Is he banking on one player to save his tenure here? That's some pressure turning around this team.
as regards recruitment the backroom staff have been superb, I've never known a transfer window where we have had a plan and actually recruited our targets. We just need this two weeks to get it together and start winning COYB!
who have a vested interest with their pensions linked to our club must be thinking, Oh Fkuck! Long way to go and I hope we turn it round but can't be great for them after this poor run and not to have won a single game.
on our coaching staff, is it good enough? Just thought I would ask the question. I know some may reply that time will tell which is a fair and valid argument but I for one think more experience is needed as regards tactics especially in defence and midfield covering of the same.
We should be winning games, although Hladky seems no better than Holly. Cook needs a decent Number two i'm afraid! The one common denominator between himself and Lambert is as soon as he lost Culverhouse he did feck all and maybe the same with Cook and Richardson.
