Doesn’t matter if lambert does go the new guy will do no better with this lot of players , even if we have a clear out ME won’t fund the club to buy any decent players so how will we ever get better also people say mm would of kept us up not so sure on that as we lost are 3 strikers who scored all are goals and they where never replaced and as we have seen the last two seasons we have no one who can put the ball in the net . Sorry state of affairs |

Garner , waghorn and mcg all wanted to leave and did so , all our top scorers left the club now if we had still got MM and we never replaced those three it could well of been the same situation as we have ended up in now , players that score lots of goals are hard to come by with all the top sides snapping them up , hurst tried to bring a couple in which hasn’t worked so far but he also brought to many others in to which changed the side to much with players not upto speed or not good enough to make the jump to the higher league , yes it’s going to be a tough job for pl as he’s been left with very sub standard squad and has tried to keep there spirits up knowing that a lot where not good enough , yes we have good youth players coming through but it’s a world of difference from youth football and not all will shine or be good enough to start with and some may well not make it but you can only pick a team from the players he inherited and hopefully given the money he will mould he’s own team but with Evans funding it might take a while and he might not be given that time scale . |

Webster , Garner , waghorn all wanted to go as if they didn’t they only had to say no as they where under contract so could of stayed , but should imagine the better wages prompted them to leave . |

Stevie M do you really think ph was happy to see garner and waghorn go I think not and they where under contract and could of said no I’m happy here but thanks for the offer , but they didn’t so speaks for its self they wanted to leave |

When I played football we used to change the team all the time and we won every league we played in we did our jobs as we was told to do and played as instructed is it that hard to do as football is not that complicated a game !!! |

There are two sides to a coin we got rid of four of are own players mcg one but let’s be honest if you wanna mployed him and he spent the last two yrs ill not fit for work and you are still paying him would you renew his contract I doubt it very much , waghorn , garner and Webster all left if they didn’t want to they could of said no they where under contract so didn’t have to leave if you are head hunted and prefer to stay where you are then you thank you but know thanks I’m happy where I am , then all the lone players went back so that’s a big chunk of the squad but do you really think ph would of bought div 1 n 2 players if he could of had top championship players as I very much doubt it I think his hand has been forced and he has tried to do the best he can iwith what he was given as the saying goes you cannot make a silk purse out of sows ear , yes we are bottom and crap but even is ph is sacked unless we are allowed to buy top players and pay top wages we are going no where fast and it doesn’t matter who’s the manager it won’t make us world better and waghorn was sold for 5 mill rising to 7 just to warm Derby’s bench that tells you something the money has destroyed football and we will never compete as we are no longer a great club just a poor one , so if ph goes then god help the next manager as they are on a hiding to nothing |

mcg wage demands where to high for a player that was injured most of the season also the other 3 wanted to leave which was also because they where offered more money and has anyone thought that maybe ph could not get any championship players because the wages are to low for what they expect hence hes recruited from the lower divisions as i think he was told and given a pay structure by ME and if this is the case then even if ph is sacked what chance has any other manager got |
