Problems when queueing for home tickets?

I joined the queue for tickets for the Leicester game (position 3585!) and was delighted that it only took 16 minutes for my turn. When I went to the diagram there were no blue dots showing available seats, but I tried each stand without success. A notice appeared saying all tickets gone! Why was I allowed in? Has anyone else experienced this?

Video pass for Bristol?!

Just tried to purchase a video pass for tomorrow's game and only option is for a ballot!!!
