A performance of heart. We could really do with the lower North sharing the determination. Far too quiet for too long. Blue action singing from beginning to end which is how it should be. I get why some don't want to sing the whole game, fine, so sit in churchman and allow others make the noise. Or, better, sing your hearts out, whoever you are. If you sit in lower North , you sign up to create a loud backing, especially when we sit 2nd in the league. Any road... brilliant attitude shown by the boys today. Fantastic victory ✌ |

Christian Walton - - Not even nominated? Leif Davis - Not even nominated? Sam Morsy - Not even nominated? Connor Chaplin - Not even nominated? I'll tell you what, I've seen every other club play this season and even with the old blue tinted specs on, I'm not sure that I've seen better than these boys. Oh well. |

Early days, but I can't think that we've had a better Ipswich type manager since Burley. He just seems to fit ( I hope). |

Saturday's referee is Alan Young from Cambridgeshire, who has shown 61 yellow cards and seven red in 14 games so far this season... Good luck Sam! |
| News Comment | Davis: I'm Loving It Down Here at 20:26:25
Liege & Lief is an incredible album by Fairport Convention. Leif and Leigh are following in heart, spirit and vision. Loving our time at Portman road these days. It's only a few years since my boys asked me if we had to go to the game today (Mick's Ipswich), now we're in lower north and they're mad for it. |

When we secure promotion to the premier league in 2025, he won't be in the starting lineup against Everton. That said, he will be precisely the reason that we are in the premier league at all. It's gonna be a wonderful season, I can feel it |

No manger experience, no division one knowledge, no recruitment understanding; yet when I said this to my wife (who knows next to nothing about football other than my ranting) she replied that all the experienced fellas had failed too... crikey - I just don't know. However, he will, of course, get all the noisy support that me and my sons can give from the lower north. Best of luck me ol' mucker |
| News Comment | Harris Applies For Town Job at 15:26:51
I've figured it all out. 1. The board decide after a poor start that they need to replace PC. 2. They want a big name manager. They find what they are looking for in late September. He agrees to take over. But all remains silent. 3. They wait for exactly the right moment. 4. Boom — everyone is surprised by PC's sacking (note the time — 2 weeks before Pack Out Portman Road). 5. The board begin an ‘extensive search'. 6. Put JM in charge and hope for a bounce. 7. Meanwhile allow ‘sources' to leak potential candidates that the board know will not inspire the faithful: Lennon, Harris, Neil. 8. The big name — who had been offered and accepted the job in late September - is finally announced on Wednesday morning and will watch the FA Cup game from the stands. 9. Everyone is rejuvenated for Saturday. 10. New big name manager leads the team out against Sunderland for a capacity crowd. 11. We win huge — the faithful go mad with delirious delight. |

You see... we don't need pop music during or before the game; we have history! BTW, can you imagine what the one on carrow road would look like? Not much of an imagination needed actually. Great work. |
