Is anyone else slightly concerned at Nouble being our 3rd/ 4th choice option up front? I appreciate he puts himself about and his young etc but i really wasn't impressed with him against what should have been an inferior defence to what we will be facing week in week out. The header that almost went for a throw in really summed his performance up.....
Paul Taylor did look sharp however and i think he will be crucial to adding some creativity as the season goes on as i worry that Hyam and Skuse although very solid lack the creative spark that we will need against championship teams |

why would we sign a 29 year old with the view to sending him out on loan to gain experience...... at that age the only reason we would loan him out would be to inflate what ever lowly price he is clearly worth. someone like reggie lambe it is definatley worth sending out on loan to gain 1st team experience! unfortunately for healy he just isn't good enough for the championship and is proof that we shouldn't sign players after one good game against us! ( in a friendly!!!!!!!!!) |

KSP i completely agree with you! how is everyone forgetting that for the second half of last season he was our stand out player! I agree that he shouldn't have been given the captaincy and that probably contributed to his nervous start as he doesn't appear to be a leader on the pitch but he is a quality centre half (MOM against Poland!) who like KSP says is wanted by two sides who have a much better chance than us at the moment of playing premier league football next season! |

i know keane has only just signed him but surely delaney has to go now i know we have only just signed him but keane seems like a manager that is willing to admit when he has made a mistake....... no wonder QPR were laughing when we gave them 750,000 for him!!!! cant pass, cant shoot, can barely tackle and certainly cant run!!!!! |
