Well I am a season ticket holder at Lincoln, although my heart belongs to the tractor boys. This guy has been at Lincoln a couple of seasons and really hasn't been able to shift any of the back 4. Only playing in cup games that really didn't matter covering injuries. Always felt had an error waiting to happen in him. I would say no. |

I live in Lincoln and have watched Rowe last season and this already. His pace in league two is awesome, his finishing the other night was championship class. He needs games, Lincoln play it well and will win the league. Cowley may want him but I can see him being a stand out for us in whatever league if he stays fit. |

Mick everyone knew did a great budget job with town but we wanted some excitement. Hurst promised a more expansive fast attacking style, we got players who were not up to the championship. Lambert has made more of the team work but you can't polish @#£t, as they say. Are we down? No not yet. We have to believe and stay behind the club to have a chance. We are the extra that can give the boost. Agree chalobah should go back, Spence and Knudsen woeful and can someone fund Bart as his imposter is a bad Sunday league player. |

I don't post often, but watching tonight and having my 8 year old son and his mum laugh and joke that we will be playing Lincoln city next year says it all. Hurst gave us an idea of what it would be like, he and ME haven't delivered on it. Strange how the old guard who we have moaned about are still playing. Marcus get rid of the coaching staff and management for first team. Put entire first team squad except Andre in reserves and play u23 for a few matches. Might get smashed but our youngsters will get better through. I had thought our young players were ready for the championship, I still do so please let them play!!!

Buying these players is very good. They are all players considered good enough for higher league teams. It's not like taking an entire team where quality overall will differ.
These players are imo better than we currently have, our youngsters will be very good but let's not burn them out by throwing them in head first.
These bookies have it all wrong for our club, we will be at worst mid table, the new players will gel and excite us fans. Not felt like this since sir Bobby was here. Hurst lead us to the promised land!!

I would have loved to see woodyard here. Rarely loses the ball, tenacious tackler, focal point for passing and switching play. Would have had advice from the Cowley's where to go for his career to flourish. He is championship quality, needs a caring arm around to bring the best out which happened at Lincoln City. Little difference between top of league two and lower half of championship other than wages.

I grew up in Clacton and fell in love with a little club punching above its size. And followed them through the great and not so great times. But this period is killing the very fabric of our club.
We have a manager who says he tells it straight but seems unable to truly say it without taking a pop at fans.
We have an owner who is so rarely heard or seen he must be related to lord Lucan.
An MD who is to Evans what Phil Neale was to Graham Taylor.
You have destroyed us!!!!! I live away now in Lincoln and my boys have new shirts which are objects of ridicule. I now take them to watch the imps where football prevails. What will a 30k stadium look like in the national league? That's where Marcus is taking us.

Has anybody thought this is the strategy to take this club down the league's? Turn away the die hards. Alienate the youth. Make it costlier for just about everyone. And see attendances dwindle to the point where the club fold.
I am sure Marcus will be ok when he builds a load of housing on the grounds his company own!
Our club is diseased it appears rotten to all that care about it.
If Marcus you care even just one ounce about its future come out and publicly say so and tell us honestly why all of a sudden no money is being invested.
Honesty from the board and honesty on the pitch is what we deserve! |

Mr Milne. I was one of those unfortunate enough to be there last night,as I was for the home tie. IMO last night was 100% improvement on the portman road game, and we were still awful. I also live in Lincoln and watch them as my boys are fans and they truly deserve the credit they are getting. This club is a laughing stock run by an owner who regrets buying it with a management team who have totally destroyed the ethos of pass and move football we the faithful are craving for. I stood and applauded a team who played with the same passion our Sir Bobby would have been proud of it's a shame it was Lincoln. How are we supposed to get the next generation of fans to stick by a team devoid of true leadership on and off the pitch. My own boys being two that I will not be putting through the torment of watching this club go down and out of the league's. Which I fear will only be a matter of time. The likes of our past leaders will be turning in their graves at this and the buck stops at yours Marcus and Mick's door. A Lincoln fan said he hadn't seen a team play as badly all season and that sums it up. RIP ITFC. |

None of whom seemed to have the guts to stand up n b counted. Pj nice man but that was his downfall. Sc should make them all quiver with fear but doesnt.
