We are producing players for the 1st time in ages. Dozzell. Downes. Hyam. Bishop. There are others coming through. We have Had aweful injuries to most of these nydam included. Huws adyemi as well. Our midfield has been decimated. Webster coming back from a bad injury. I wish we had seen all available to see what might of been as beginning of season was positive. Things have gone tits up since october. Bad luck? Possibly. All those out dont help. |

Reading have been set up to play continental possession football akin to ajax/barca which is what stam wants to do. We closed them down and pressed them quite well and we are clearly trying to play a different way. Most teams will adopt our tactics when playing this lot and as the prematch talk said, in the top 2 divisions only man city have had more possession.a draw would of been fair and dont forget smith missed a sitter but cant be too harsh as he's a centre half. Would have liked to have seen mkre support for pitman but hey ho. Disappointed but mainly with most of the decisions. |

I like what Mick is doing at the club. People have been crying out and stamping there feet earlier in the season for Mick to spend £2m+ of the creswell money on 1 player but using it to tie down/consolidate the existing core of quality we have is much better imho.
