I'm in the therapy industry and If i had the number of long term/recurring injuries that Town have had I would be asking some very serious questions about my methods and the methods of my staff, especially as has been previously stated the people prone to injury after injury seem to thrive else where. This is not a dig at the club but said because I have the best interests of the club at heart and it makes sense to me that Town do the same with their incredibly expensive assets. |

Gary White is the standout man for me he's completely transformed every team he's touched with very limited player pools . I love the way he talked about becoming the next Sir Alf/Sir Bobby in the EADT times interview, gave me a sense that he knows what this club is all about.Well worth a read of his Wikipedia page and reading the EADT interview if you haven't already (worth reading again if you have)
A Midas touch man is what we need to take us back to the TWTD days.

Without a change in direction I can only see the continuation of death by a thousand cuts of the last 10 years. The club needs to create an ethos that runs from bottom up.
Graham Potter at Ostersund has been part of an amazing transformation of ostersund taking them from fourth tier nobody's to beating Galatasary and Hertha Berlin in the Europa League.
Also has a masters in leadership and emotional intelligence.
Second choice would be Nathan Jones. |

Living just outside Brighton I have seen him play many times and he is a very good addition, he is highly rated by every Brighton fan I know, he was looking better and better when they reached the play offs 2015/16 and would be great if it could be made permanent. |
