put simply - if its a post viral cough - there is no cure - just time - i used a combination of Cavonia (dry cough one) and throat spray (meant for tonsillitis but tricks a dry throat into not coughing for a bit). Anything to lubricate your airway will help - steam, honey lemon and ginger etc but it will just take time |

Fexofenadine 120mg. Prescription only until last year but now available in pharmacies and large supermarkets. It’s the only thing that works for me. |
