Neighbour spends 3 hours cleaning his car, even the numbers plates come off, his garage is full of products, he took it for a service a while back, highlighted all the parts that needed changing with a highlighter pen ,oh he's thorough, I said to him "they clean it too for you don't they?"...to which he replied whilst ringing out the shammy leather "yeah, but not to my standards"..
That wasn't his one good pass though, I think we're picking on the one player who did his job yesterday to be honest....the lad is quality, a great touch, could play it first time all day long if only others around him had his football brain that is..
But, he is wasting his time here, said it a thousand times..
Think it's the first down vote I've ever given Fergal lad, you truly deserve it for saying Dozzell can't pass, not sure how on earth you came to that conclusion, was it the subline ball to Jackson who stopped and watched it sail out of play?
Agree totally, I'd want all my players to hate losing, Robbie Savage recently said he was a horrible person for a few days after a defeat or a bad performance, Keane said how he hated seeing players laughing and joking with the opposition before a game, disrespectful, and I agree.
I thought it was decent tbh, Posh far the better team first half knocking it around very well, but Lincoln got hold of the ball more second half, fair result, two teams that'll be top six without a doubt imo, unless injuries hit them..
Said it before, the game needs changing, the first thing I'd do is to make the penalty area smaller, lets see who stays on their feet then because at the moment just inside the area on the flanks especially there is a massive incentive(a pen)to go down..
From the start I've never understood this, what is the thinking behind this exactly? Because they need to communicate? That doesn't add up to me, I've worn a mask in the workplace for at least six months and you really do get used to it....kids adapt too lets be honest..
The thing these companies can't grasp is that believe it or not and for what ever reason not everyone gets on with or even possibly knows their neighbours, I had a situation a fair while ago where my parcel went missing, rang RM and they said it had been signed for a day ago by Mrs Bloggs at number 4.....I never received a card, so I went round to number 4 and she said "oh yes, I forgot about that I have it here, hold on...."
Sometimes they put on the card where they've left the parcel and you can't even read the hand writing.....
I know they can't win either way at times, some people are quite happy to have it left somewhere or with someone, saves hassle and time of going to the local depot to pick it up.
With more parcels being delivered now then ever before you'd have thought a proper secure plan of action would be put in place, loads of stuff must go missing..
Distribution warehouse and on site office staff, the test wasn't mandatory but the vast majority were tested, there is no real social distancing within the warehouse as such but everyone obviously is masked...
Quite surprised that nobody tested positive to be honest...a tier 4 area(PBoro)
Indeed, madness isn't it, I honestly believed because games were still being played through all the divisions that testing was happening on a daily basis, to think that they're obviously mixing in their private lives the inevitable has to happen...
So it has to be all about "symptoms" only, they're effectively gambling on that..
Just to add, about 80 people at work had a test last week, nobody had symptoms and nobody tested positive.
Agree but I don't think we demanded he did try and compete with the teams with the "Sky money" ....the odd £1m fee here and there for the right player wouldn't have broken him, there is quality out there in the lower leagues, they're not all £10k unfortunately though..
There is no doubt in my mind that having 2000 of your own fans cheering the team on and getting behind them in a fairly small ground like the Amex makes a difference, so it can only help us now, though we'd still better turn up as they'll still rip into us..
