....but Cajuste is making it hard not to. Such a joy to watch - passing, dribbling, tackling, body shape, tactical awareness - he has everything! If he can get 100% fit I think we have a £50m player on our hands.

I know the club are redoing the pitch this close season - I wonder if it would be possible for them to sell off sections of the turf to fans? I know it is 'only' (likely) promotion from the 3rd tier, but would be quite nice to have a memento of the season in my back garden! |

games - just 6 out of 18 this season. Only a third of their away games are won. Keep this trend and they will only win 1-2 of their remaining 5 away games. Gives us a bit of leeway for getting second (ignoring Barnsley for now!) I reckon 9 wins out of 12 will do it for us. |

this season. Seems incredibly stingy odds to me. I obviously hope we go up, and we may well do, but if I had to put my life on it I would say no. Am I being a fatalistic Ipswich fan, or are the bookies too confident in us? |

are not our thing. I thought that we only seem to win comfortably, or draw, so I did a bit of research. We have won only 5 league games by a 1 goal margin. By contrast, Plymouth have won 10, and Sheff Wed 9 by the odd goal. Just highlights that it is this inability to see games out that is costing us.
The fact that we have many more 'convincing' victories than the other two shows that we are arguably capable of a higher level of football, but obviously lack in the mentality/bottle department. [Post edited 16 Jan 2023 10:57]

Not good enough in Division One with the squad we have. Need a plan B. We dominate every game, but are too predictable. Need to pass with more pace, or have some flying wingers to bring on to stretch teams with width. Two shrewd signings required to make top 2 I
