Nice bit of business by Jewell and Clegg here as long as his wages aren't over 14k a week I think this is a bargain in todays market. A proven striker capable of 20+goals a season for under 2M- No one in our Division will be able to pull off a coup like that.(not inc free agents) |

I think he'll make the squad proper with Sturridge, Welbeck and J-Rod as the other strikers. The FA are trying to promote Wickham as the next big thing and this will fit into their plans nicely. |

I'm with martus on this one i don't think he will be good enough for this level, he is ok defensively but not sound. His co-ordination is very poor imo, and not strong enough in the air or in the challenge. I don't like to knock young players but he is not someone we should be pinning any hopes on. |

totally out of order by the fa we had a good reason to appeal, ok maybe they couldn't turn it over but adding a game is absolutely over the top. It's like they want to stop appeals from happening in the future because they get bored with the paper work that goes with it. |
