To be fair to Jens (and other players), if he is injury prone already, he has no idea whether his body will hold up enough for him to play into his early 30's or not. ie. This could be his last pay packet for all he knows.... so it is understandable that players do try and 'make hay whilst the sun is shining' ..... |

I think he is not willing to sign another contract we have to sell him. But we do need game changers to come off the bench, we need to have leeds type quality up top, thats

It seems pretty clear the club do actually want to sell him. I am guessing it helps oil the wheels for the next set of players we bring in. If we get £35-40m it is a fair price, lets sell and move on. If Chaplin and Sammy can play 10, we need players in other positions more than this (assuming Philogene and Ogbene can cover right wing). |
