That's pretty much spot on.I think if Mckenna was our coach then I'm pretty sure we would be where you are right now. We have improved recently butWagner still has a negative way about him in away games and deserved all the stick he got earlier in the season. We were never as bad as some of our fans thought but there's no doubt we missed Sargent when he was out for 3 months. If we do meet you in the play offs it would be unbearable but would def hinge on who scores the first goal in both games I wouldn't fancy it one bit in fact I think right now I wouldn't be too unhappy if you finished 2nd to avoid all the stress. |

Expected more from Ipswich we all remarked that Plymouth gave us far more problems but maybe it was down to us wanting it more on the day.We played ok but should have took some of the chances that came our way.I think the ref just about got things right the only decision that looked iffy was the one in the first half when Sargent was cleaned out.I've read on here that Sargent was constantly throwing himself to the floor but your players were fouling him non stop especially Morsy (he could have been booked about 5 times) Regarding the atmosphere It was very loud everyone seemed up for it and btw how great was it to be a Saturday game albeit an early kick off.As good as it was from a Norwich point of view I can't help thinking Ipswich might have the last laugh with a two legged play off being highly likely and I'm sure nobody wants that! |

I'm strangely chilled at the moment I'm telling myself you are the better side and a point would be a decent result, while at the same time knowing that if Norwich turn up we have enough to win the game.I absolutely hate the derby there's just nothing enjoyable unless your team comes out on top and even though it's been a long while I remember what it's like to lose and it stays with you for days and days.I wouldn't worry too much if I were you lot can't see beyond a 3-1 win unfortunately . |

Those premier league figures are clearly wrong pretty sure it would be around 27,000 |

And while we have been getting 25 - 27,000 for years you have been lucky to get 15,000 |

To be honest I think we will miss out on the play offs but who knows? Sargent being back is huge but we've now lost Rowe for at least 2 months, the results are better but think we've left too much to do. |

In that 14 years we have won 5-1 4-1 3-0 3-1 2-0 and a couple of 1-0's.You were desperate to beat us yesterday really desperate to end the run but you couldn't even against our worst side for years and you all now say it doesn't matter and you don't care when you know full well you were GUTTED better luck next time aye |

Mostly rubbish draws in 10 years you say? for a kick off it's been 14 years since you last beat us and in that time we've beaten you 3-0 5-1 4-1 3-1 2-0 the list goes on, saying that you will tonk us on Sat no question. |

Ouch! well I can't argue about your achievements in the 60's to 80's that's a fair cop but my comments were regarding the recent derbies and you haven't won one since 2009 however all things come to an end I guess. All I will throw in is the fact that my son is 22 and all he remembers is us winning derbie matches and Championships/promotions so in recent terms it's been pretty one sided for over 20 years but hey I'm fully expecting to lose big next month but will try not to let it spoil my Xmas! |

I've prepared myself for the inevitble! To be fair we've had a damn good run,14 years without a defeat with a few hidings thrown in but I can't see beyond a big win for you lot this time round, it will hurt and I won't like it but football goes in circles and it's certainly turned. |

Skipp and Emi we our 2 best players,we lost them and were never replaced, instead we wasted decent money on several untried foreign players rather than go for one or two with Premier league experience. We need a fully fit squad to even think about competing but with the amount of injuries and Covid cases it's all rather pointless atm. |

As a club I think we are well run however our Premier league record on recruitment is nothing short of abysmal. The premier league is getting harder and it's quite telling that the top 3 have a goal difference of +102 already while every team outside the top 6 has a minus GD.Our self funding model simply can't work anymore,we dont spend we get relegated,we spend 50 million we still get relegated it makes no odds all very frustrating but it's the reality |

Liz ( hallamblue ) you know this isn't true now don't you? besides if memory serves you were calling Farke everything under the sun when he went to Norwich maybe the fact he proved you wrong has changed your opinion? Ain't happening tho. |

My condolences.I'm old enough to remember Paul mariner well and back then he was a huge part of the reason ncfc couldn't get close to a derbie win. There was a bit of Mariner banter but it was purely down to how damn good he was and we respected him for what he was namely a bloody good centre forward. RIP from us north of the border. |
