Q23 If you were a 2020/21 season ticket holder, how would you assess the club's revised refund options?

Having initially announced compensation to season ticket holders which meant everyone would effectively be charged Â£230 for access to iFollow during 2020/21 whether they were able to use it or not (including some elderly fans without the Internet), the club, following lobbying from the Supporters Club in particular, issued new plans.

These will see all season ticket holders receive the Â£230 in TeamCard points over the next three years. TWTD readers very evidently back that decision.

Fans have until Wednesday 30th June to claim that compensation.
