Thank goodness Mick picked a more attacking formation (at Last) but that was his trouble playing for draws! Millwall showed what can be done with no money but the right Manager. But why can't our players hold the ball instead of kicking it anywhere or giving it away? I liked that we tried to pass out from the back but you could tell that players weren't comfortable at times. looking forward to new manager who I hope will change it all for the better. harlingblue added 03:22 - Apr 3 At last, a very entertaining home game. MM picks an attacking team that played well for 20 minutes, but then have the stuffing taken out of them as Millwall took the lead. The introduction of young Ben Folami for the second half, gave a great lift to home supporters and the team. A good footballing youngster, created the space and forward thinking to enable Waghorn to score two goals in as many minutes. Millwall are no mugs and are a well coached team, they went for the jugular, forcing Bart into some great saves, he did his best, but finally got beaten. Can't understand the high marks for Spence, his defending and game awareness is so poor, trots back when he should race back to then face the ball. Sam added 06:06 - Apr 3 For once entertained by some decent attacking football. Should have had a pen but you have to go with it. Bart saved us again but I was so impressed with Chambers and Knudsen organising themselves to clear the ball when Millwall hit the post. Really like Folami, really like Carayol, Waghorn looked lively and Gleeson improving. Great stuff, we should be buzzing to beat the bees.
