MAN v FAT Coming to IPSWICH 19:58 - May 22 with 5296 views | danmanvfat | Many thanks to the Admins! MAN v FAT is coming to Ipswich, MAN v FAT is a weight loss programme fully endorsed by the FA we work with a number of football clubs including Bristol City, West Brom, Fulham, Crystal Palace to name a few. Starting in June we are bringing one of our successful league to Ipswich in partnership with ITFC! 95% of our players lose weight with the average loss just under 2 stone. We have featured in The Sun Newspaper and The One Show. If you wish to find out more info check out www.manvfatfootball.org or email me direct dan@manvfat.com How it works - goals on the pitch only count half as you also gain additional goals through weight loss. if 1 or 2 of your team lose weight you gain an extra goal. If 3 or 4 lose weight you gain an extra 2 goals. Therefore you could start the 6 a side match already 2-0 up or 3-1 down etc... Check us out we are also on Facebook Regards Dan

Man vs Food - basically fell into two categories - volume, or heat. I'd back myself with some of the heat challenges, but the volume ones were insane. He had to eat a 6lb burrito in 3 hours, I don't think 3 people could get through that.

Clearly Pork Belly. Which is also what I just had. Cooked thai style: rubbed with 7 spice, lots of ginger and garlic, fried off with peppers, chilli and mushrooms, simmered with rice wine vinegar, fish sauce, kaffir lime leaves, chopped tomatoes. Finished with Holy Basil and coriander. Served with jasmine rice cooked with lemon grass. Slow cooked so the fat was meltingly soft... Yum yum yum. Man versus Belly Pork Fat: the man won!

I had a sausage tasting with RKD. Bought 6 sausage varieties from Jimmys farm and we ate them in order with a label itbetween us so we knew what one we was eating. We combined this with a fry up so it total I had 6 sausages, 7 streaky bacon (thin and small to be fair), 2 fried eggs, 2 fried bread, tin tomatoes, beans, black pudding and 2 bread and butter.

The heat ones though, serious internal damage on offer there. How much could you take fungers?

Oh man, that's a great effort. And you've hit the holy grail with the fried bread and black pudding. You've gone rogue with the beans, mind.

I dunno man, thinking about it probably not much. I had some Dragons Blood hot sauce a few years back, this stuff was so hot that the tip of a cocktail stick dipped in it would stop me from talking for 20 minutes. https://www.amazon.co.uk/Chillipepperpetes-Dragons-Blood-Chilli-Sauce/dp/B003Q0R Anyway, they were using this stuff liberally on Chicken Wings in one episode. Man had to eat 12 in 30 minutes. He ate 1.5, and I can see why. Food won that episode by an absolute landslide. I retract my earlier statement.

Don't usually eat black pudding but this was quality stuff from Waitrose and I like the good stuff, fried bread is a must. Beans are essential but the liquid must be reduced so they are stodgy. We decided against hash browns.

Yes, yes, yes on well reduced Baked Beans. I've had awful black pudding, but also really enjoyed it when it's used sparingly. It's not something I'd gamble on buying myself, but I'd not be put off by it in a restaurant I trusted.

In would never have it in a greasy spoon but will if in a decent restaurant. What I really like is white pudding but that is getting more difficult to get hold of here.

You see, what you should have done is introduced yourself by telling us your favourite cheese. Just so you know, cottage cheese isn't an acceptable answer, as it isn't a proper cheese. And neither is effing Quark. And never mind MAN v FAT, where do you stand on Pablo v Shefki?

You didn't finish yours, so stop boasting. Also, you aren't partaking in cheese and biscuits.
