He's versatile but he's had a fair few injuries though, so I really can't imagine Hurst has pinpointed him as anything more than a squad player. This to me suggests Kayden Jackson is pretty much a done deal and we've lumped him into the deal as someone Hurst would have been impressed with from his Grimsby days. Would be surprised if we've paid more than £250,000 for him. Perhaps £1.25m rumoured for Jackson is for both?
The Accrington manager was on SSN earlier and did say he just wanted the transfer window to shut as he was worried about losing players...was a bit gutted the journalist didn't quiz him further about that.

He played over 45 matches last season and over 35 matches the season before?

Looks like he played almost every minute of last season.
EDIT: at full back - mostly left back, but plenty of games on the right.
