I'm certain I make the best tag bol, but I appreciate that it's a pretty easy dish to get the basics right.

Mine is pretty boring and very basic but is one I love. Cheese and ham pasta bake.
Wholewheat pasta, cheddar cheese sauce, some decent quality ham and topped with extra mature cheddar.

Lamb and potato curry
Jalfrezi
Pea, mushroom and paneer
Cauliflower in coconut
White cabbage, shredded carrot and mange tout
Skewered lamb
Onion, cue and tomato chutney
Scented rice
Couple of raitas
