I think it's quite obvious now why he just disappeared from the team given the current court proceedings. Don't forget our majority owners are ORG a company that manages the pension fund for police officers in Arizona. It's hardly a good look for ORG to use police officers' money to sponsor a team that have players who have ongoing legal issues. Norwood was also dropped from our first team around the same time of his court proceedings, too.
I'm pretty sure it's just reputational damage control, we won't see Williams again |

Yeah exactly, like the club shouldn't reward loyal fans who supported the club in the crap times! They should open the tickets up for the people who normally "support" man utd, chelsea, arsenal etc when Town aren't in the top flight LOL |

Where's the benefit for the Premier League? I get it could be beneficial for the current PL owners as the probability of them having an unfair advantage of getting back into the PL after relegation but how does it benefit the league itself, surely that just makes it stale and boring?
Also it's a bit short-sighted, just take Stoke as an example of a parachute team who invested badly over the years. If the teams at the bottom sign up for this they put themselves at risk of not just missing out on bouncing back up but potentially closing the door on themselves permanently. |

But isn't "people identifying as black" is just a quicker way of phrasing the inclusion of people who are mixed race or have some kind of black ancestry? I.e. people who would be considered black by white people.
I don't think the phrase at all means that white people with white ancestry can claim to be black, if that's what you are implying. |
