Probably the only realistic thing to do now is to be supportive and encouraging,
Its not a league for glamour.
what we have going up will not survive a league upwards so might as well build something with young talents for the future and hope a good 4/5 of them are gems on the rise as we do rise in to the championship so we can stay up and then earn a bit from sales and spend a bit then work a slow way up to mid table.
Other than that the club is not really huge and will never have money to compete above mid table championship at best.
nobody's fault that of course Evans could go Lambert could go but what can change realistically with this club.
If some Saudi prince came in within a year or two people would complain the club lost its identity anyway and feel less connected.
Is it ok for a tractor or loader to go at 20mph on the A14?
Seems too slow and dangerous.
I saw on the back it was limited to 45 in black and white i assume this is kmph?
Also that issue aside some idiot slammed on their brakes in the fast lane to let me through i was not indicating and had no intention of over taking from such a slow speed moving into the fast lane. Why do people decide to do these things? Could have been a massive pile up.
I have always wondered if there were any professional footballers that hated or could not do that many kick ups?
It used to annoy me no end as a kid that I couldn't do them I practised a lot too (no friends) but it was a weak point and I soon got annoyed when I could not pass more than 20 after 5 or 6 attempts.
Do you think it’s an essential must have part to be a footballer? I am sure there are many more attributes that bare more importance but I’ve always wondered.
I feel guilty i am taking my work too seriously. I think of work not just as a job but as a place where progress needs to me made i am not happy just turning up and getting paid i want to constantly improve things but i don't think many of my colleagues do.
You can point out issues but the same things happen again and again. I think then all people do is expect you to point out an issue remind them to fix it and they do not take it on board that if they did what they should do properly which is actually their job then it would be a lot more useful to everyone.
I never thought my career would lead me to pointing out things have gone wrong and then having to tell the same people the same thing has gone wrong and what they need to do to fix it without them thinking for them selves and doing things correctly in order to stop the cycle.
I don't even manage these people i work in a different department.
The point is i get frustrated with this from time to time and it shows but that's because i care and cant understand why people would be happy working this way.
If i make an error i take it to heart and will try to make sure it does not happen again. I understand everyone makes mistakes and nobody is perfect.
does anybody else get this & understand what i mean?
But apart from the defensive mistakes we were just lacking a poacher.
one that does at least move a about a bit.
I know times have moved on and you cant go back to the past all the time but Darren Bent would suit the way we played tonight just get him in the box and let him poach away. Jackson can do his running.
