My thoughts on the situation we find ourselves in... 10:06 - Feb 1 with 549 viewsJblue

.... it started in august when we lost Murph, he was so crucial to the way we played surely over the last 5/6 months we were scouring Europe, in markets we can compete financially in to identify 4 or 5 strikers in Murphys mould to come in, in January. We obviously cannot/will not compete in our own division/league 1 for fees by the look of it so how have we not identified someone from a different market? Its beggars belief. Were a Championship club with by all accounts a decent scouting network, how have we not sorted such an apparent issue before January let alone finishing with window without a permanent replacement.

Secondly were now signing short term fixes which MM said he wanted to stop when he came into the club i know we needed numbers and it was desperation but as ive said earlier we shouldve never got to that situation. Weve gone full circle from Jewell era.

Thirdly, i thank MM for doing what hes done for us but it is time to go, players look lost, we lack an identity and we now need to see this season out remaining in the championship and start rebuilding again. To be honest that couldve/shouldve started this January with a new gaffer.

Getting rid of him now could be disastrous, but so could keeping him.

It's a disaster.
