We seemed to be playing fairly well up to the point where there was a shambles and we conceded. After that, the bottom fell out (or it fell out of the bottom).

My point was more that we folded the moment there was a setback. All positivity drained away (at least until Chalobah came on, nearly an hour and a half too late).
There was no plan B and no confidence within the squad they could get it back.
