The manager will tell Evans who he wants and as I understand it Evans handles the deals himself these days.
I doubt many managers would want to end up in endless discussions with agents about contracts and clauses.

Marcus does all the negotiating of deals, has done throughout his time here, obviously with input from the manager. Managers aren't really involved in much away from the actual football these days.
