I gave up smoking in 2010 after thirty years of smoking. I used nicotine gum but it took me a year to give that up too. Like you I wanted something that actually tasted like a cigarette. |

My Grandad was a 40 a day man, Players Weights. Then he went onto Embassy.
He worked at the old Tooks bakery on Norwich Rd which was demolished years ago.
The day he retired he gave up smoking and put the money he would have spent in a big glass wine making jar.
