In my defence I would spend a significant proportion of a normal working day arguing over ecological models that I barely understand. You make a good point though. The food packs that they've been sending out to vulnerable people are a disgrace too.

Although reading that to its conclusion, it appears they weren't the food packs being sent to the vulnerable and the council had got the wrong end of the stick!
