They are working on moves in training, and we've seen a couple of them come off in the pre-season friendlies.

Yeah. I've been so lucky that apart from one nan and my best mate's mum, I've not had anyone major die on me. I'm almost 48 so that's pretty good going. Don't know how I'll cope but am acutely aware that my parents, as fit as they are, won't live forever. It's a big part of my motivation for getting the book done and published, so my dad can see it out there in the shops before he goes.

Lost my Dad 5 years ago. Absolutely my best mate and miss him so much. Friends and family come into their own at those times, so sure you will be fine should the worst happen. Enjoy every moment while he is still with you. say all the things you have always wanted to tell him. Sure he has a far time left, so just love every moment and tell him how much you love him. be as morbid as you like and take care mate.

I hope you take this the right way as its certainly meant sincerely, but is everything OK? You seem to be on one lately, man. You've always struck me as one of the better ones, don't go all Libero on us. I don't like how this is heading.
