Hawkins and Jackson both to start? 15:32 - Nov 3 with 790 viewsHarvester415

I said this about Hawkins and Dobra the other day but Jackson and Hawkins could be lethal tonight against Sunderland's relatively slow defense. I stick by my point however that Dobra should be involved in some capacity!

I'd put Jackson out wide with Edwards.

Serious amount of pace.

Starting 4-4-2 could push Sunderland into a Plan B

not a bad shout, Jackson's great at crossing don't forget, we've seen it on a number of occasions.

I'm more thinking as Jackson playing as an inside forward, running on the inside of the full back, pinning them back and giving them something to think about. Think having him running off Hawkins knock downs could be dangerous.

That is a good point, I think that could work, perhaps bring Edwards a little more narrow on the right and overload them with 3 forwards.

So if you have Hawkins and Jackson playing as a pair with Edwards out right then which of the midfield trio steps a little further forward on the left?

has to be Bishop really, Bare in mind that Dozzell is suspended tonight for accumulating 5 yellow cards so Huws will play and would be more disciplined

Didn’t Dobra play and score for under23’s yesterday whilst first team were travelling to Sunderland?
