Will the players put in a shift for Lambert tonight? 07:36 - Dec 1 with 636 views

It is so difficult for the players at the moment. They can't just down tools as they know Lambert will have them out of the team, and possibly out of the club.

They will give their all tonight, but if we find ourselves 2-0 down with 20 minutes to go, I can see the team collectively deciding that enough is enough.

They're supposed to be pro footballers.

They shouldnt need any motivation to try and win games, and if theyre deliberately not bothering we're best off without them.

They'll put a shift in but our lack of organisation and system means that putting a shift in will make no difference. Oxford will be better set up than us and they'll turn us over without even having to play well. We'll create a couple of half chances and that'll be it.
