Lambert not good enough; Ward/Chambo not good enough; pitch not good enough 21:03 - Feb 9 with 310 viewsunstableblue

But hey Posh adapted to the conditions and pitch, so no excuse.

I just think the team wasn't ready for the shape change; I sort of got the set-up and directness given the conditions. But we suit passing and interplay - and indeed there were 4/5 nice passages in the game with Dozzell (our best player), Downes, Parrot interlinking. But that needs to be 30 times in a game.

Lambert just tinkered too much, period.

Lambert, you definitely have the players - Downes, Dozzell, Parrot, Harrop, these are good good players. But who can't match what Ferguson is doing with his lesser squad.

McGuiness was good, at fault for the goal? or was that we were open on the wings again.

But to finish - WHAT TEHE FECK WAS WRONG WITH WARD AND CHAMBO?! they were key to our early success this season, but their form has fallen apart. They were TERRIBLE tonight, awful awful... slow, misplaced passes, easily beaten, error error, error. Lambert is the problem - but we also need to callout players TWTD, senior players cannot put that performance in and expect the team to do well. Shocking.

Peterboro have played on that pitch several times since December ... why are u surprised they adapted to it?

Why have they win 7 out of 8 at home ..... err easy isn’t it , they know what to expect and how to deal with it

Professional footballers must be able to adapt to the conditions - crap mid-winter pitches are hardly unusual/new.
